The Town Board of the Town of Olive recognizes the escalating costs
of disposing of junk cars and tires.
Effective April 15, 1988, the Town of Olive will charge a "tipping fee,"
as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Board, for each and every
car or tire deposited at the Town of Olive Transfer Station.
