Pursuant to § 3-300 of the Village
Law of the State of New York, the Village of Brewster Board of Trustees,
in lieu of any other residency requirement imposed by law, hereby
declares that the Village Justice and the Acting Village Justice of
the Village of Brewster may reside within Putnam County, the county
in which the Village of Brewster is wholly situate.
Pursuant to § 3-300 of the Village
Law of the State of New York, the Village of Brewster Board of Trustees
shall be permitted to appoint as the Village Justice and the acting
Village Justice a resident of the County of Putnam, the county in
which the Village of Brewster is wholly situate.
