There shall be a Board of Assessment Review
appointed in the City of Kingston, New York.
[Amended 11-12-2013 by L.L. No. 8-2013, approved 11-26-2013]
Such Review Board shall consist of five members with five-year
terms.
This chapter shall take effect immediately.
