Pursuant to § 190-a of the Mental Hygiene Law[1] of the State of New York, the City of Kingston does hereby agree
to be included in the jurisdiction of the Ulster County Mental Health Board
when the same is established by the County of Ulster.

This chapter shall take effect immediately, and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Ulster a certified copy of this chapter.
