This article shall be known and may be cited as "Regulation of and Enforcement of No-Parking Fire Lane Areas on Benedictine Hospital Property in the City of Kingston."
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
MOTOR VEHICLE
Shall be defined as in § 125 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.
Pursuant to § 1640-a of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law, parking of motor vehicles in designated fire lanes on property owned by Benedictine Hospital in the City of Kingston is prohibited.
This article shall be enforced pursuant to the provisions of Local Law Number 148 (Local Law Number 5 of 1979), pertaining to the administration and enforcement of the State Fire Prevention Code.[1]
