No person shall do any of the following upon the premises known as Amsterdam Park:
A. 
Park any vehicle upon such public area, except upon the paved parking areas.
B. 
Operate any vehicle upon such public area, except upon the boat launch and the paved parking areas.
C. 
Use such public area between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.
D. 
Build any fire in or upon such public area, except within a steel outdoor grill for the purpose of cooking food and except a fire that is no more than three feet in diameter with flames no more than three feet in height that is located no more than 15 feet from the waters' edge.
E. 
Leave any fire unattended unless completely extinguished.
F. 
Leave or break any bottle, box, can, garbage or other object unless placed within a provided trash container.
G. 
Be intoxicated, use profane language or otherwise conduct oneself in a disorderly manner.
H. 
Park any boat trailer or launch any boat without launch permit as provided in § 252-2.
A. 
Boat launching permits. Any person launching a boat into Lake Michigan waters from Amsterdam Park shall first purchase either a seasonal or daily boat launching permit. A boat shall be defined as provided in Subsection B of this section. A seasonal boat launching permit shall be prominently affixed to the boat trailer, and a daily launch permit shall be affixed to the vehicle rearview mirror. Such permits shall be issued annually, on or about May 1 of each year, and a seasonal permit shall be valid for the remainder of the calendar year. The purchase price of such permits shall be established by the Amsterdam Park Commission.
B. 
Boat defined. For the purposes of this section, "boat" shall be defined as any watercraft that is subject to registration by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
C. 
Availability of permit. Launch permits shall be available for purchase during normal business hours at such places as shall be designated from time to time by the Amsterdam Park Commission. The names and locations of such sales outlets shall be posted at or near the entrance of Amsterdam Park.
The refuse facilities located in Amsterdam Park are to be used only for park-generated garbage/waste. Dumping of any other type of refuse, including but not limited to household-generated waste, building and construction materials, hazardous or toxic materials, and animal carcasses or entrails, is prohibited.
Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for each offense, together with the costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of such forfeiture shall be imprisoned in the Sheboygan County Jail until such forfeiture and costs are paid, but not to exceed 30 days. Each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
