A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or permit any automobile, truck, tractor, motorcycle, motorbike, motor scooter, or any other motor-driven vehicle on the beach of Lake Michigan within the Town limits of the Town of Holland, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, except for the purpose of launching or removing boats from Lake Michigan.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or permit a horse to be on the beach of Lake Michigan within the Town limits of the Town of Holland, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin.
It shall be unlawful for any person to take off or land an aircraft within 200 feet of the shoreline of Lake Michigan within the Town limits of the Town of Holland, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin.
Any person violating this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined $100 for the first offense and $200 for the second offense, together with the costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of such fine and costs of prosecution shall be imprisoned in the county jail of Sheboygan County until such fine and costs are paid, but not to exceed 30 days.
