The statutory speed limit on the following highways or portions thereof is unreasonable, unsafe, or imprudent, and such speed limit is modified as follows:
A. 
DeMaster Road:
(1) 
From Highway 32 east to DeWitt Road: 45 miles per hour.
(2) 
From DeWitt Road east to the east end of DeMaster Road: 35 miles per hour.
B. 
DeWitt Road:
(1) 
From Frontage Road east to the east end of DeWitt Road: 35 miles per hour.
(2) 
From Frontage Road west to Hoftiezer Road: 45 miles per hour.
(3) 
From Hoftiezer Road west to the Village of Oostburg: 35 miles per hour.
C. 
East Van Ess Road, entire length: 35 miles per hour.
D. 
Foster Road, entire length: 35 miles per hour.
E. 
Frontage Road, entire length: 45 miles per hour.
F. 
Holland-Lima Road, entire length: 45 miles per hour.
G. 
Mill Road, entire length: 45 miles per hour.
H. 
Sauk Trail Road:
(1) 
From DeMaster Road south to DeWitt Road: 45 miles per hour.
(2) 
From the I-43 eastern right-of-way line south a distance of 0.35 mile: 35 miles per hour.
(3) 
From 0.35 mile south of the I-43 eastern right-of-way line south to Pebble Beach Road: 45 miles per hour.
I. 
Smies Road:
(1) 
From Highway 32 east to the I-43 western right-of-way line: 45 miles per hour.
(2) 
From the I-43 western right-of-way line east to the east end of Smies Road: 35 miles per hour.
J. 
Stokdyk lngelse Road, entire length: 35 miles per hour.
A. 
Forfeitures for violations of any moving traffic regulation, including speed restrictions, set forth in the Wisconsin Statutes are hereby adopted by reference, and a violation of the provisions of this article shall conform to the forfeiture penalty permitted to be imposed for violations of the comparable Wisconsin Statute, including any variations or increases for subsequent offenses; provided, however, that this subsection shall not be construed to permit prosecution under this article for any offense described in Chs. 341 to 348, Wis. Stats., for which an imprisonment penalty or fine may be imposed upon the defendant.
B. 
In addition, the penalty provision for violating any of the provisions of this article shall be a forfeiture as hereinbefore provided together with court costs and fees described by § 814.63(1) and (2) or 814.65(1), Wis. Stats., the penalty assessment for moving traffic violations and the driver improvement surcharge imposed by §§ 757.05 and 346.655, Wis. Stats., where applicable.
Nothing herein shall preclude or affect the power of the sentencing court to exercise additional authorities granted by the Wisconsin Statutes to suspend or revoke the operating privileges of the defendant or order the defendant to submit to assessment and rehabilitation programs or to attend traffic safety school in addition to payment of a monetary penalty or in lieu of imprisonment.
