Whenever a fire department responds to a vehicle
fire on any Town road, county trunk highway, state trunk highway,
interstate highway, or private road within the Town of Holland, the
owner or operator of the vehicle which is the subject of the fire
call may be charged a sum as specified in the fee schedule of the
Town as the cost of said fire call. The Town Clerk shall make all
reasonable efforts to collect said sum from the owner or operator.
