Township of Upper Southampton, PA Article III Verizon Pennsylvania Franchise

§ 70-33 Title.

This article shall be known as the "Upper Southampton Township Verizon Cable Franchise Ordinance."

§ 70-34 Agreement approved.

The Upper Southampton Township Board of Supervisors does hereby approve the cable franchise agreement negotiated with Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc., including all of the terms and conditions contained therein, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A,[1] and does hereby authorize the proper officers of Upper Southampton Township to execute said agreement.[2]

§ 70-35 Conflicts with other ordinances.

Whenever the requirements of this article are in conflict with other requirements of the Codified Ordinances of the Township of Upper Southampton, the most restrictive, or those imposing the higher standards, shall govern.
