§ 61-1 Adoption of standards by reference.

"The BOCA National Building Code, 1990 Edition," with subsequent supplements and amendments thereto, as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the Borough of Chester Heights, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of the said "BOCA National Building Code of 1990" are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter.
