In accordance with the provisions of Act 80,
the Council of the Borough of Chester Heights desires to participate
in the interim tax assessments on new construction within the said
Borough, therefore, the Council of the Borough of Chester Heights
hereby requests the Delaware County Board for the Assessment and Revision
of Taxes to so advise the District Assessor.
