Between Union Hill Road Park and Ride Commuter Lot
and Cambridge Square Shopping Center.
(1)
A pedestrian crosswalk is hereby established between
the Union Hill Road Park and Ride Commuter Lot and the Cambridge Square
Shopping Center (at its egress to Union Hill Road).
(2)
The pedestrian crosswalk shall be located in the following
manner on Union Hill Road:

(3)
The pedestrian crosswalk shall cross Union Hill Road
at a ninety-degree angle to the curblines.
(4)
The pedestrian crosswalk shall be signed and painted
per New Jersey Department of Transportation specifications and/or
the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
(5)
All signs, posts, bolts or other necessary materials
shall be installed by the Division of Police Traffic Safety Bureau,
and all signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic
Control Devices.
(6)
The pedestrian crosswalk and signs shall be maintained
by the Division of Police Traffic Safety Bureau.
(7)
Any persons not using the marked pedestrian crosswalk
in order to cross Union Hill Road at this location may be charged
with a violation of N.J.S.A. 39:4-34, or other New Jersey statute,
and subject to fines as established by the State of New Jersey.
