A. 
The Township Council of the Township of Marlboro hereby fixes and establishes the following fees to be charged for duplicate tax bills pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 54:4-64(d) as follows:

B. 
Redemption calculation sheet charges. The Tax Collector shall provide to any party entitled to redeem a tax lien certificate two calculations of the amount required for redemption within a calendar year at no cost. Each subsequent calculation of the amount to redeem a tax lien certificate in the same calendar year as the previous request shall require a fee of $50.

C. 
Lienholder request for amount to redeem tax lien. Each request by a lienholder to the Tax Collector to calculate the amount due to redeem a tax lien shall require a fee of $50.

D. 
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 54:5 et seq., the Tax Collector of the Township of Marlboro is authorized to charge and collect a fee of 2% per line item of the amounts to be sold at tax sale, with a minimum charge of $15 not to exceed $100, and an additional charge of $25 per direct mailing to be added to the cost of sale not to exceed $50.

E. 
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 54:5-52.1, the Tax Collector of the Township of Marlboro is authorized to charge $100 to supply a duplicate tax sale certificate.
