[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Stanford 7-12-1962 by resolution. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Town Board duly vests and empowers the Planning Board with all of the powers and rights contained in §§ 270, 271, 272, 272-a, 273, 274, 275, 276, 277 and 278 of the Town Law of the State of New York as now published.[1]

Editor's Note: The number of members of the Planning Board was decreased from seven to five 9-12-2016 by L.L. No. 3-2016.
The Town Board further grants unto the Town Planning Board any and all rights or powers which may legally vest in said Town Planning Board by reason of legislative enactment or amendment pertaining to any of the aforesaid sections of the Town Law.[1]

A copy of this chapter shall be placed on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Stanford and the Clerk shall also transmit and file a copy of this chapter with the Clerk of the County of Dutchess.
