areas have been designated critical environmental areas in accordance
with the State Environmental Quality Review Act regulations in 6 NYCRR
617.4(j): A. Buttercup Farm Sanctuary. B. Snake Hill. C. Millbrook
Meadow and associated wetlands. D. Bontecou Lake. E. Ryder Pond and
Cagney Marsh. F. Upper Wappinger Creek. (Added 9-17-1992; amended 6-10-1993) A complete
description of each area, together with a map, is on file in the office
