When used in this Part 2, unless otherwise expressly
stated or otherwise the context or subject matter requires, the following
definitions shall obtain:
The Town Board of the Town of Williamson.
The property owner responsible for payment of charges for
water or other facilities and services.
The pipe or tubing leading from the curb stop and curb box
across the customer's property to the customer's building, structure
or premises and connected to the meter.
An individual, firm, association or corporation, either public
or private.
A lot, plot or parcel of land, including the buildings or
structures thereon.
All real property included within the boundaries or limits
of any highway, street, road or lane, park or other open or improved
area, used or frequented by the public generally, whether or not the
ownership is held by the Town of Williamson.
The tap or connection to the main, corporation stop, curb
box, curb stop and sufficient tubing or pipe to connect the corporation
stop to the curb box.
The written requirements adopted by the Board and published
for general reference concerning the requirements for work and materials
related to the Town of Williamson water system.
The Town Board of the Town of Williamson.
The entire system of pipes, valves, buildings, reservoirs,
plants and other facilities owned by the Town of Williamson and used
for the supply, treatment, storage and transmission of water.
The Water Utilities Department of the Town of Williamson
or a designee appointed by the Town Board to act on its behalf.
