Snow and ice removal from sidewalks. Every owner of any and all properties
within the Borough shall do the following: Snow and ice shall be removed
from all sidewalks within the Borough no later than 5:00 p.m. the
day following cessation of a continuously accumulating snowfall. Thereafter,
any and all sidewalks shall be kept clear of snow and ice to allow
safe passage thereon. Failure to do so shall constitute a violation
hereunder and, upon conviction thereof, the defendant shall be subject
to any and all fines, penalties and costs as provided under this article,
any related article or ordinance and/or the Honesdale Borough Fee
Schedule Resolution then in effect.[1]
