A Borough Planning Commission consisting of three members is hereby created and established for the Borough of Ingram, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, pursuant to the provisions of Article II, Section 201, of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code,[1] as established by the Act of July 31, 1968, P.L. 805, No. 247, as amended and reenacted.

The Planning Commission shall be comprised of three members who shall be appointed for terms of office of four years, which shall be so set that the terms of not more than two members shall expire in any one calendar year.
The Planning Commission shall have all the powers and duties conferred and imposed upon it as set forth in the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, established by the Act of July 31, 1968, P.L. 805, No. 247, as amended and reenacted.
