A.
Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7.27-2.1 et seq., a permit is required from
the Department of Environmental Protection for outdoor burning activities.
B.
All open burning must conform to the New Jersey Fire Prevention Code,
N.J.A.C. 5:70-3.1 et seq.
C.
Recreational fires require a permit pursuant to N.J.S.A. 13:9 et
seq.
In addition to the prohibitions contained in N.J.A.C. 5:70-3.1
et seq., N.J.A.C. 7.27-2.1 et seq. and 13:9 et seq., the following
outdoor open-burning activities are strictly prohibited:

Division of Fire Safety.
