§ 118A-1 Creation of restricted handicapped parking zones.

Restricted handicapped parking zones shall be established as indicated below on the street in front of property owned by the person indicated below, and designated as indicated below on the Tax Map of the Township of Blairstown, with said location to be determined by the Police Director for the Township.

§ 118A-2 Duration of restricted handicapped parking zones.

Said restricted handicapped parking zones shall remain in effect as long as the applicant complies with Chapter 118 of the Code of the Township of Blairstown and any applicable laws and same does not interfere with the normal flow of traffic as determined by the Police Director of the Township.
