No one shall use, set, place or maintain any type of steel jaw,
padded or unpadded, leg hold trap system or Conibear trap within the
limits of any highway, park, school grounds or other public property
or on any private property within the Town of Ashland.
Violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not
less than two hundred dollars ($200.) nor more than three hundred
dollars ($300.) for each such offense.
