Effective July 1, 2006, invoices issued by the Town for charges
related to municipal waste collection and recycling shall be considered
due and payable thirty (30) days from the bill date. Charges that
remain unpaid after such due dates shall accrue interest at a rate
of fourteen percent (14%) per annum.
