[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of

The township confirms its membership in the consortium for the current
year and on a year-to-year basis thereafter with the right to withdraw from
the consortium upon 30 days' written notice.
The township will designate in writing to the consortium those joint
bidding programs in which it wishes to participate, and agrees that it will
not concurrently or within four months thereafter advertise for or accept
separate bids for those same items unless the consortium procedure results
in no bid being approved by the consortium.
The township will designate and authorize a voting member and an alternate
to represent this municipality on the consortium to accept or reject any and
all bids received with the majority vote of the consortium prevailing.
The township will be responsible for arranging delivery of purchased
materials, equipment and the payment to vendors.
The township will be guided by the written policies and procedures adopted
by the consortium and any amendments thereto.
