The Borough of Marcus Hook, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, hereby establishes
a prohibition on the smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes or any other substance
in buildings owned by the Borough of Marcus Hook, buildings or rooms housing
Borough-sponsored programs, and in municipal vehicles.
We enact this article being mindful of the hazards of smoking and believe
it to be our responsibility to take appropriate steps to curtail this obvious
health hazard.
