It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to hold or
conduct any carnival within the limits of the Borough, except that the Council
of the Borough may grant permission to volunteer fire companies having their
principal firehouses in the Borough to hold or conduct carnivals within the
limits of the Borough, and then only after written request from said fire
companies, which request shall set forth all the details of the same.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon
conviction thereof, be punishable for each offense by a fine of up to the
maximum amount provided from time to time by state statute.
