It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to use and/or sell any device known as "air rifles," B.B. guns or guns of any nature which expel, shoot or project a bullet, pellet, shot or any article whatsoever by the use of air or otherwise within the limits of the Borough of Marcus Hook unless an approved business establishment authorized and approved by the Marcus Hook Borough Council in accordance with the Marcus Hook Zoning Ordinance.[1]

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable for each offense by a fine of up to the maximum amount provided from time to time by state statute.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to sell or expose for sale in any store or any place whatsoever in the Borough of Marcus Hook knives commonly called "switchblade knives."
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to carry a switchblade knife on his person or have the same in his possession within the limits of the Borough of Marcus Hook on any street or in any automobile, store or public place whatsoever.
The possession and/or sale of switchblade knives is hereby declared to be a public nuisance in the Borough of Marcus Hook and detrimental and injurious to the health and well-being of the people of the Borough.
