Subdivision of land — See Ch. 213.
Zoning — See Ch. 243.
The Planning Commission of the Borough of Milton shall consist of nine men.
The members of the Planning Commission shall be appointed by the Milton Borough Council.
Present members of the Planning Commission shall continue to serve their appointed terms.
Two new members shall be appointed for one year, and two new members shall be appointed for two years, and all appointments thereafter at the end of an expired term shall be for four years or until the member's successor is appointed and qualified.
The Milton Borough Planning Commission shall perform all of the duties and functions conveyed on it by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.[1]
