It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect or post in any manner any political advertising material on any pole, tree or signboard or at any other place on or within the rights-of-way of any public streets or alleys within the Borough of Milton.
Any person who shall violate any provisions of this Article shall, upon conviction thereof before a District Justice, pay a fine of not more than $600, plus costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the county prison for a term not exceeding 30 days.
