Each applicant who files a request for the opening or closing
of a street or alley shall pay to the Borough of Milton at the time
of filing said request the sum of $350, which shall be nonrefundable,
to be used by the Borough of Milton towards the payment of the costs
of the proceedings for said request. In addition, the applicant will
be responsible for any costs incurred by the Borough, including advertising
costs, ordinance preparation lees, and costs of recording the final
ordinance in the Register and Recorder's office of Northumberland
County, if those amounts exceed the sum of $350.

Each applicant who files a request for a change of zoning shall
pay to the Borough of Milton at the time of the filing of the said
request the sum of $475, which shall be nonrefundable and shall be
used by the Borough of Milton to pay towards the costs of proceeding
in the said request. In addition, the applicant shall be responsible
for any costs incurred by the Borough, including advertising costs,
ordinance preparation fees, and costs of recording the final ordinance
in the Register and Recorder's office of Northumberland County,
if those amounts exceed the sum of $475.

Each applicant who files a request for a hearing required by
the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance before the Zoning Hearing Board
or Milton Borough Council shall pay the Borough of Milton at the time
of filing a request the sum of $475, which shall be nonrefundable
and shall be used by the Borough of Milton to pay the costs of proceeding
of said request.
No proceedings shall be initiated by the Borough
Council or the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Milton on any
request for hearings until the aforesaid filing fees are paid by the
applicant.
This article shall supersede and amend any prior
fees established by the Milton Borough Council for filing the aforesaid
applications.

The fees under this article established for street opening/closing
fees, zoning change fees, and requests for a hearing required by the
provisions of the Zoning Ordinance for the Zoning Hearing Board or
Milton Borough Council may be changed by subsequent resolutions of
the Borough Council of the Borough of Milton without amendment to
this article.
