No persons shall possess or consume any liquor,
malt or brewed beverage or alcoholic beverage of any kind within any
public park or playground in the Borough of Milton.

Any person or persons who shall violate any
provision of this article, and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced
to pay a fine not exceeding $600, plus costs of prosecution, and,
in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the
county prison for not more than 30 days.
