As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
BUSINESS DISTRICT
The area of the Borough of Milton bounded on the north by the center line of Walnut Street, on the east by the center line of North and South Arch Street, on the south by the center line of Mahoning Street and on the west by the low-water mark of the Susquehanna River.
RIGHT-OF-WAY
As stated in the definition section of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.
SKATEBOARD
A board or other flat surface with wheels or rollers on the bottom and used to skate on any surface.

It shall be unlawful for any person, whether an adult or a minor, to use or ride a skateboard on:
A. 
A public highway, roadway or trafficway within the limits of the Borough of Milton.
B. 
Any sidewalk within the Business District of the Borough of Milton.
Any person, whether an adult or a minor, riding or using a skateboard, shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian while riding or using a skateboard on any sidewalk within the Borough of Milton.
Any person violating any provisions of this chapter is guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $10, plus costs of prosecution.
