At the time of filing, the preliminary plat
shall be accompanied by a check payable to the Borough Treasurer in
the amount of $2 for each lot in the proposed subdivision and/or land
development, with a minimum total charge of $10 to cover the Commission's
cost of checking and verifying the proposed plats and other required
maps and data.
