Unless another penalty is expressly provided
by the Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.) or except
as herein specified, every person convicted of a violation of a provision
of this chapter, or any supplement thereto, shall be liable to a penalty
of $25 and costs of prosecution.

Borough Council shall be empowered to set, modify, change, or otherwise alter any fine, penalty or permit fee established under this Chapter 233 by resolution of Borough Council.
