The City of Monessen, upon an enactment, hereby
authorizes a designated collection agency, its agents and attorneys,
to take any and all necessary legal action to recover the following
delinquent accounts upon notice by Council:
In addition to those underlying accounts, the
designated collection agency is authorized to collect the reasonable
costs and fees associated with the collection activity and to collect
the same for its own use.
