The use of City vehicles shall be restricted solely to uses required by their operation on city business.
The official City Democratic and Republican Committee meetings may be held in the Municipal Building of the City of Monessen under the following terms and conditions:
A. 
The City Clerk must be given at least one month's notice of the time meeting is to be held.
B. 
The City Clerk must be notified as to the number expected to attend the meeting, so that the proper amount of space may be set aside.
C. 
The meetings must be held after business hours, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
D. 
One meeting per month is to be permitted each committee.
E. 
Council approval as to the date and time of the meeting must be obtained.

A. 
Smoking is prohibited within structures owned by the City, and the surrounding public real property, except in those areas specifically designated by signage indicating that smoking is permitted;
B. 
Fines shall be posted upon public property and within structures in the City to provide reasonable notice that smoking is prohibited;
C. 
Any person who persists in smoking in violation of this section, after an oral or written warning to cease smoking, may be prosecuted for violating this section. The non-presence of signs or the failure of an individual to note or heed fines shall not excuse; or constitute a defense, for an individual who continues to smoke after warning;
D. 
Any person violating any provision of this § 86-3 shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 275-9 pursuant to the enforcement provisions of § 275-8).
