[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Potter 3-13-1968 by Ord. No. 17. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Pursuant to the Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Second Class Township Code of 1933,[1] its supplements and amendments, and for the purpose of carrying the same into effect, there is hereby created in the Township of Potter a Recreation Board with power to equip, operate and maintain parks, recreation areas, playgrounds and facilities, which Board shall be appointed and have all the powers and duties conferred upon it by the Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and particularly the Second Class Township Code of 1933, its supplements and amendments, and any other powers that may hereinafter be vested in the same by law or proper Township ordinance.
