There is hereby created the Pleasant Drive Fire Hydrant District in the Township of Potter, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.

Ordinance No. 25 of the Township of Potter is hereby reinstated and reenacted except that, for the years 1974 and thereafter, fire hydrant rentals in any fire hydrant district will be paid from Township funds.

Editor's Note: This ordinance superseded original Sections 2 and 3 of Ord. No. 25. Said original sections were in regard to the assessment of costs and expenses of fire hydrants in the Pleasant Drive Fire Hydrant District.

A. 
The Fire Hydrant Rental Agreement, dated as of March 15, 1974, with Aliquippa Municipal Water Authority applicable to fire hydrant service to be provided in the Township of Potter, which was presented to this meeting, is hereby approved.

B. 
The said Fire Hydrant Rental Agreement shall be executed for and on behalf of the Township of Potter by the Chairman of its Board of Supervisors, attested by the Secretary of said Board, and the Seal of the Township shall be affixed thereto.
C. 
The Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes and directs that the Township of Potter pay annually to Aliquippa Municipal Water Authority the annual rental set forth in said Fire Hydrant Rental Agreement and said Authority's Water Rate Schedule then in effect for each fire hydrant installed by the Authority and rendering fire hydrant service in the area of the Township of Potter served by said Authority's water system. These payments shall be made in accordance with said Fire Hydrant Rental Agreement until the entire indebtedness of the Authority now existing or hereafter created for its water supply facilities and distribution system in the Township of Potter (its "water system") shall be fully paid and satisfied.

D. 
The said payments under said Fire Hydrant Rental Agreement shall be paid from the General Fund of the Township for fire hydrant service made by the Township of Potter as set forth in the Second Class Township Code.
