A. 
The Supervisors may from time to time designate by ordinance the streets, roads, highways and alleys within the Township which shall have a speed limit of 35 miles per hour, or 25 miles per hour, or 15 miles per hour, and shall cause proper signs designating such speed limit to be erected along such streets, roads and highways in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Code legislation of this commonwealth.[1]

B. 
Specific speed limits.

(1) 
From and after enactment of this article, East Mowry Road from Bauer Road to Raccoon Creek Road shall have a speed limit of 25 miles per hour, being reduced from 35 miles per hour.
(2) 
From and after enactment of this article, West Mowry Road, from Route 18 to Bauer Road, shall have a speed limit of 25 miles per hour, being reduced from 35 miles per hour, with the exception of the Municipal Park which has a set speed limit of 15 miles per hour.
(3) 
From and after enactment of this article, the access road, from New Route 18 to Old Route 18 and from Poorhouse Run to New Route 18, shall have a speed limit of 15 miles per hour, being reduced from 35 miles per hour.
(4) 
From and after enactment of this article, Bauer Road, from Route 18 to the intersection of East Mowry Road and West Mowry Road, shall have a speed limit of 25 miles per hour, being reduced from 35 miles per hour.
(5) 
The maximum speed limit on S.R. 3019 (Raccoon Creek Road), from Segment 30 to Segment 50 on both sides, is established at 35 miles per hour.

The Supervisors may from time to time designate by ordinance the streets, roads and highways to be through streets, roads or highways within the Township and may so regulate intersections thereof by placement of "stop" or "yield" signs, or other proper traffic flow control device.
The Supervisors may from time to time designate areas or zones along the streets, roads, highways and alleys within the Township as places prohibited for vehicular parking and shall cause proper signs of "no parking" to be conspicuously placed to give notice thereof.[1]

A. 
Stop signs are hereby authorized, established and confirmed at such intersections listed below, and the flow of traffic shall be enforced pursuant to the Code.

B. 
Specific stop intersections.
(1) 
T-465, Mowry Road, shall be a three-way stop intersection with T-468, Bauer Road, with stop signs erected on both streets.

(2) 
T-466, Fish Pot Road, shall be a stop street with T-465, Mowry Road, being a through street at the intersection of same.
(3) 
T-466, Fish Pot Road, in a northerly direction, and T-469, Anderson Drive, shall be stop streets where said Anderson Drive intersects Fish Pot Road, with said Fish Pot Road in a southerly direction being a through street.
(4) 
The following streets shall be stop streets with the legislative route that each intersects being a through highway:
(a) 
T-528, Old Frankfort Road, at Pennsylvania Traffic Route No. 18 (LR-115);
(b) 
T-625, Main Street, at Poorhouse Run Road (LR-04043);
(c) 
T-467, Mowry Road East, at Raccoon Creek Road (LR-04101);
(d) 
T-468, Bauer Road, at Pennsylvania Traffic Route No. 18 (LR-115);
(e) 
T-465, Mowry Road, at Pennsylvania Traffic Route No. 18 (LR-115);
(f) 
T-470, Squirrel Run Road, at Pennsylvania Traffic Route No. 18 (LR-115);
(g) 
T-529, Pardue Drive, at Pennsylvania Traffic Route No. 18 (LR-115).
(5) 
From and after enactment of this article, a stop sign shall be installed for traffic traveling in a southerly direction on Old Route 18 at its intersection with the access road.

(6) 
From and after enactment of this article, a stop sign shall be installed for traffic traveling in a northerly direction on Old Route 18 at its intersection with the access road.

C. 
Proper signage, pursuant to the provisions of this article, is to be erected immediately upon passage of this article, with guidance from the Supervisors of the Township of Potter.
