[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Mansfield 7-25-1972 (§ 3-4.10 of the 1975 General Ordinances). Amendments noted where applicable.]
A. 
No person shall throw, drop, dump on or tow to, or otherwise place on open fields, or other private property, without first obtaining the permission of the owner or person in possession of such property, any abandoned automobile, automobile parts, junk, paper, bottle, trash, garbage, refuse or debris of any nature.
B. 
No person shall throw or discard any paper, wood, plastic, tin cans, bottles, garbage, untreated sewage or other refuse or debris of any kind or nature into the waters of any pond, stream, river or lake or waters adjacent thereto or discharge any waste or sewage into any such waters or pollute any such waters in any manner whatsoever.
C. 
No person shall throw, drop or otherwise place any paper, bottle, trash, garbage, refuse or debris of any nature upon a highway or other public lands.
Violations of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in § 1-17 of the Code of the Township of Mansfield.
