A. 
All developers applying for a minor subdivision shall submit a minor subdivision plat in accordance with the requirements of Article II.
B. 
All developers other than in paragraph a hereinabove are encouraged to submit a concept plan prior to submitting an application for preliminary approval, pursuant to the provisions of Article III for the purpose of assuring coordination with the comprehensive plan.
C. 
All subdivision plats shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of Article V of this chapter.
As a condition of subdivision approval, the applicant shall submit proof from the Township Tax Collector or other designated official that no taxes or assessments for local improvements are due or delinquent on the property for which subdivision is sought.
