Housing and property maintenance — See Ch. 100.
All dwelling houses, stores or buildings erected within the limits of the city shall be numbered in conformity with the street numbers on the tax maps of the city filed in the office of the City Engineer. Upon application by the owner of any property in the city, which application shall include the official Tax Map lot and block number of the property involved, the City Engineer shall furnish such applicant the correct number of such property.
The owner of any dwelling house, store or other building incorrectly or improperly or insufficiently numbered shall be notified by the City Engineer to change or replace such incorrect or improper number or to affix a number where one is lacking within 10 days after date of such notice.
