GENERAL REFERENCES
Noise — See Ch. 141.
No person, factories, plants, contractors and/or industries
shall cause to be generated any noise that disturbs between the hours
of 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m., except on emergency snow removal or with
special permission by written permit from the Chief of Police.
