the City of Norwich 9-22-1987 by L.L. No. 2-1987. Amendments noted where

The Code Enforcement Officer of the City of
Norwich, or any person appointed to act in such capacity, when enforcing
the New York State Uniform Fire and Building Code Act,[1] or any local law or ordinance which shall provide for
enforcement by the Code Enforcement Officer of the City of Norwich
shall, pursuant to § 10, Subdivision 4(a), of the Municipal
Home Rule Law of the State of New York, have the authority to issue
an appearance ticket, as provided for under § 150.10 of
the Criminal Procedure Law of the State of New York, for any violation
associated with such local law or ordinance.[2]
