Editor's Note: Former Art. X, Department of Health, as amended
7-1-1971, was repealed 11-2-2010.
There shall be created a Wastewater Management
Fund in accordance with state law. The Town Administrator shall prepare
an annual budget for wastewater management, subject to approval by
the Town Council.
