All claims approved for payment within the City of Linwood shall be
paid by a check drawn upon the Treasurer or other custodian of funds of the
City of Linwood.
All checks for the payment of claims shall be signed by the Mayor and
countersigned by the Treasurer or other custodian of funds of the City of
Linwood.
