Whenever the Township of Mansfield is required
to advertise for public bids for a local public contract pursuant
to the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq., all
parties interested in obtaining copies of the bid package in addition
to complying with all terms and conditions of the Local Public Contracts
Law and the Notice to Bidders, shall be required to pay to the Township
the sum of $15 to obtain a copy of the bid package. Additionally,
in the event that the parties seeking the bid specifications wish
the package to be mailed, an additional fee of $5 shall be paid to
the Township to cover the costs of handling and mailing of the bid
package.
All fees and charges shall be paid to the Township
in advance of delivery or mailing of the bid package. Mailing shall
be by ordinary first class mail.
