The dumping of all construction and demolition
material and the burying of trees and tree stumps within the Village
of Woodbury is hereby prohibited.
A violation of this chapter shall be punishable
by a fine not exceeding $10,000 for each violation. Each day or part
thereof that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation.
