Zoning — See Ch. 295.
The agricultural use of land within agricultural
zoned areas shall be prioritized with respect to the right to use
of said land.
Landowners located within areas zoned for agricultural
use shall notify prospective purchasers of their said land that same
is located within an agricultural zone and subject to the provisions
and protections of N.J.S.A. 4:1C-1 et seq. (the Right to Farm Act).
