GENERAL REFERENCES

Any person owning property where a well is to be located for any purpose shall be required to secure a permit from the Borough Clerk and have the well inspected after its installation by the local Health Officer.
The fee for each permit shall be $25.
Failure to comply with this chapter shall be punishable by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days in jail, a cash fine not to exceed $2,000, and/or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
